| Diva is a Silver Dapple Buckskin Mare born here May 2, 2005. She is out of our mare J.K.'s Sissy and the black stallion Venture's Black Majic. Diva stands 15.1 hands tall. She has a wonderful gait, excellent conformation, and outstanding bloodlines. She is triple registered: Rocky Mountain Horse Association, Kentucky Mountain Saddle Horse, and American Gaited Mountain Horse. Diva is a wonderful mare who is gentle and easy to handle. She is one we had planned on keeping forever, but things have changed in our lives and we feel the need to downsize. Diva has been started under saddle and went on one trail ride this summer. She was ridden though woods, mud, crossed ditches, and creeks. Did fine leading or following, didn't mind leaving the other horses. She is a forward moving horse and very willing to go where ever you point her. We have owned Diva's mother (Sissy) for 10 years and have raised 5 foals out of her as well as ridden her on many trail rides and in mountain horse demos. We also have a full sister to Diva (Amber) who has proven to be a great trail horse as well as a wonderful mother. Diva will make a wonderful addition to any home whether for trail, show, or breeding. Diva has been color tested and the results are: E/e - Both Black and Red factors detected A/a - One copy of Agouti N/Cr - One copy of Cream N/Z - One copy of Silver Diva's color genetics are identical to her dam, who to date as produced 100% cream foals out of 6 different stallions (none of which were cream based). Sissy's foals to date have been 3 palominos, 3 golden buckskins, and 2 silver dapple buckskins. Out of chocolate, black, sorrel, and red chocolate stallions. |
