| Jewel is a Dark Bay Mare born here on April 6, 2009. She is out of our mare Midnight Storm Warning and our stallion Mountain Do Rock. Jewel is double registered: Rocky Mountain Horse Association and Kentucky Mountain Saddle Horse. Jewel is a very pretty mare with outstanding bloodlines (traces back to all 5 sons of Tobe). She has great conformation and a natural gait. Jewel has been color tested and the results are: E/E - No Red (will always produce black based foals) A/a - Single copy of Agouti ( 50/50 chance of passing agouti to her foals) Jewel will be a wonderful mare for trail, show, or breeding. She is very friendly, easy to catch, halter broke, and has been exposed to a wide variety of things such as 4-wheelers, dogs, goats, guineas, children, and much more. Both Jewel's parents are gentle and easy to handle and ride. We expect her to mature around 15.2 hands tall. |
